Shipping & Delivery

We take pride in dispatching your orders promptly and efficiently.

  • Domestic Orders:

All orders within India are processed within three working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays), subject to the availability of stocks in our store at delivery time. We provide free shipping on all domestic orders. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders

For international orders, processing time remains the same - 3 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays), subject to the availability of stocks in our store at delivery time. The delivery time and shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and the order value. These details will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Aravindh Herbal Labs products.

Please Note: 

  • Order deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
  • You will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are unable to receive the package personally, please designate an alternative recipient. 

Customs Charges & Handling Rates

  • Upon arrival in the destination country, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed fees. 
  • The customer is responsible for checking for potential customs charges, import duties, and applicable taxes on the relevant government websites or portals of the destination country. 
  • We recommend checking the customs laws and regulations established by your local government before placing your order. 
  • Aravindh Herbal Labs is not liable for these charges and cannot be held responsible for payment under any circumstance. The shipping charges mentioned during checkout do not include these additional fees. 
  • Should a customer refuse to pay applicable customs duties or import charges upon the shipment's arrival, Aravindh Herbal Labs reserves the right to deduct the total shipping and return duty charges from the original order value when processing a refund.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. At Aravindh Herbal Labs, we offer a 10-day return window for damaged products.  

 

  • Damaged Products:  If you receive a product with any damage, particularly to glass bottles, please report it to our customer support team within ten days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the damaged product. 
  • Cancellation: While rare, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. Upon verifying the details and legitimacy of the cancellation request, we will refund the total amount.
  • Refunds: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our high-quality products. Refunds are typically only issued if the reason is deemed genuine after investigation. However, we are committed to finding a solution that works for you and may offer an exchange product of equal value to ensure your satisfaction.
