Our Legacy Over The Years
The Legacy Begins
Our founder, Dr. P. Rajalingam, a sage in traditional medicine, imbued the lab with a purpose: to craft restorative products accessible to all and to nurture the AHA vision, “Affordable, Holistic healthcare products for All.” In the days before its birth, the enterprise flourished in the resale and wholesale trade of herbal remedies, serving as a conduit for the healing powers of nature. Over time, the company's unwavering devotion to excellence blossomed into creating Aravindh Herbal Labs.
The Seed is Planted - Aravindh Herbal Labs’ Inception
In 1992, Aravindh Herbal Labs took root in a small residence, marking the inception of a journey dedicated to quality herbal medicine. Dr. Rajalingam, with over 40 years of experience in Siddha, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy, started with a modest offering of 40 medicines.
A celebration of gratitude and honour
vethathiri Maharishi visited our manufacturing unit in September 1994, imparting blessings that became integral to our journey. That same year, Mr. Ansarali, Director of Indian Medicine, visited, leaving his autograph as a testament to the growing recognition of our commitment to herbal healthcare.
We grew, and we bloomed
By 1995, our product range had expanded to include 140 Siddha medicines. In 1998, we took a step further by establishing a new herbal garden and nursery in a 10,000 sq. ft. facility to cultivate the freshest and highest quality herbs, ensuring our formulations' excellence and starting the factory.
Holistic Health Initiatives Unveiled
The new millennium brought a wave of initiatives that shaped our commitment to providing natural and effective healthcare solutions.

Community Outreach
Extended support to surrounding villages and orphanages by providing free medicines, food supplies, clothing, and assistance. Conducted regular free medical camps at P.S. Kumarasamy Raja Century Hall, offering comprehensive healthcare services to those in need.
We ignited a flame of empowerment that spread throughout the community.
In 2005, we ventured into Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing and, later, homoeopathic medicines. Despite the latter's discontinuation due to the non-availability of alcohol quota, it spurred our determination to explore new horizons. From 2005 to 2015, The Bharathi Aravindh Foundation was established to support female education and create opportunities for women's self-help groups. Regular free medical camps were conducted to benefit the local community.
A Healthy Canteen for Mind, Body, and Spirit
In 2015, Aravindh Herbal Labs took a significant step towards promoting holistic well-being by establishing a dedicated Healthy Canteen. This initiative was driven by the belief that "food is medicine" and that a healthy diet is fundamental to overall health and happiness. Recognising the importance of nutrition in preventive healthcare, we aimed to provide our employees, their families, and the surrounding community with access to wholesome and nutritious meals.
The Birth of Our Goshala
In 2017, Aravindh Herbal Labs began a new journey by establishing Goshala, an abode for cows. A profound respect for cows' cultural and medicinal significance in Indian tradition drove this initiative. Starting with a modest herd of 50 Desi cows, our Goshala created a sustainable and ethical ecosystem honouring the sacred bond between humans and animals.
With unwavering love, our team began manufacturing a range of products derived from the pure and wholesome resources of the cows. These products, meticulously crafted using traditional methods, included Komiyam, Holy Ash, Komiyam, kirumi Nasini Powder, Nattu Pasuchana Achu Varatti, Panchakavyam, and Go Sathu Mathirai.
