Boil 10 Gms of the Herbal Granuals in 240ml of water until the decoction reduces to ¼ of its Original quantity. Strain the concoction. It consume 30-60ml of this warm decoction Twice a day on an empty stomach.We can add Palm Jaggery (or) Honey to the Aqueous Decoction to enhance the Taste.
