Description
Kalarchi Choornam is a potent Siddha Classical Medicine derived from the Kalarchikai (Fever Nut). In traditional South Indian wellness, it is classified as a “Karpa Mooligai” (womb-friendly herb). It is highly valued for its ability to balance “Vata” and “Kapha” doshas, helping to maintain natural hormonal harmony and supporting the health of the lower abdominal area.
Usage & Dosage

Traditional Method: Mix 1–2 grams (approx. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) with lukewarm water or buttermilk.

The Peppercorn Ritual: Traditionally, a pinch of Black Pepper powder is added to Kalarchi Choornam to enhance its absorption and effectiveness.

Timing: Best taken twice daily on an empty stomach (morning and evening) or as directed by a Siddha physician.
