Description
Chitharathai Podi is a highly valued Siddha Classical Herb derived from the dried rhizomes of Lesser Galangal. Revered for its potent aromatic and warming properties, Chitharathai is a staple in South Indian households for balancing “Kapha” (phlegm) and “Vata” (air) doshas. This warming botanical powder is traditionally used to soothe the throat, clear the respiratory pathways, and kindle the digestive fire, making it an essential companion during seasonal changes.
