Vellai Poondu Legiyam is a classic Siddha Medicine that harnesses the therapeutic strength of processed Garlic (Allium sativum). In the Siddha tradition, Garlic is a potent “Vata-hara” herb, meaning it excels at balancing the “wind” element in the body. This herbal jam is prepared with jaggery and ghee to neutralize the heat of garlic, making it a gentle yet effective tonic for digestive comfort and maternal health.
Usage & Dosage

Dosage: 5–10 grams (approx. 1 teaspoon) twice daily.

Best Taken: After food. It can be followed by a glass of lukewarm water or milk.
