Usage & Application Guide

External Application Only: This tablet is traditionally rubbed on a stone with a little hot water, ginger juice, or breast milk to form a fine paste.

Duration: Allow the paste to dry completely. As it dries, it may create a slight pulling or warming sensation, which is normal.
