Description

Ksheera Bala Thylam is a prestigious Ayurvedic Classical Formulation renowned for its deeply restorative properties. The name “Ksheera” (Milk) and “Bala” (the herb Sida cordifolia) signify its role as a potent strength-giver. This oil undergoes a meticulous process of boiling herbs with milk thousands of times (in traditional high-grade versions) to ensure maximum absorption. It is traditionally used to nourish the nervous system, soothe frayed nerves, and maintain the structural integrity of joints and muscles.

Usage & Dosage
  • External Use: Apply warm oil to the entire body (Abhyanga) or specific areas of stiffness.

  • Method: Massage gently in long strokes over the limbs and circular motions over joints. Leave for at least 30–45 minutes before a warm bath.

  • For Head: Can be used for Shirodhara or a gentle scalp massage to cool the senses.

  • Traditional Tip: Warm the oil indirectly (placing the bottle in warm water) to enhance its penetrating power.
